1. Who we are

Stop Press FC is the trading name of [YOUR FULL NAME] trading as Stop Press FC, a sole trader established in the Republic of Ireland. Our t-shirts are printed and shipped within the United Kingdom. 2. Our products

We sell graphic football t-shirts that are printed on demand — each item is made to order after you buy it. Our designs are original, light-hearted commentary on football culture, terrace chants and fan banter. They do not use, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, any football club, competition, organisation or individual, and contain no official badges or trademarks.

Because items are printed individually, slight variations in colour, print position and fabric are normal, and on-screen colours may differ from the finished product. Please use the size guidance provided before ordering.

3. Your order and our contract

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation by email — this acknowledges your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch it (or send a dispatch confirmation).

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there has been an obvious pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the product pages. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout (see our Shipping Policy).

Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices may change from time to time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.

5. Delivery

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Returns Policy explains your options. Because our products are made to order, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described — see the Returns Policy and your statutory rights below.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our designs, text, branding, logos and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.

8. Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any product, at any time.

9. Our responsibility to you

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which always apply.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. The current version is dated at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live — so if you are a customer in the United Kingdom, your UK statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
