Everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you. Our shirts are printed to order, so please allow a little time for production before dispatch.
1. Printed to order
Each item is printed specially for you after you order, rather than picked from a shelf. Please allow around 2–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination: UK typically 3–7 business days, Europe and the US around 4–8 business days, and the rest of the world roughly 6–14 business days — so most orders arrive within about 1–3 weeks of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods or customs may add time.
3. Delivery costs
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your delivery country and the items in your basket, and shown clearly before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country on arrival are the customer's responsibility.
4. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we'll email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched so you can follow it.
6. Delays and lost parcels
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control, but we'll always help. If your order is significantly late, hasn't arrived, or seems lost, email us at support@stoppressfc.com and we'll investigate and put it right.
7. Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
