1. Who is responsible for your data

Stop Press FC (the trading name of [YOUR FULL NAME] trading as Stop Press FC), established in the Republic of Ireland, is the data controller for the personal data we hold about you. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact support@stoppressfc.com.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, delivery address and order details when you buy; and your email address if you sign up for drop alerts.
• Payment information: handled directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last few card digits) but never your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site.

3. How we use your data, and our legal bases

• To process and deliver your order and provide customer support — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To send you service messages about your order (e.g. confirmation and dispatch) — necessary for our contract.
• To send marketing emails about new drops — only where you have given consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To run, secure and improve the site and prevent fraud — our legitimate interests.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations — to comply with the law.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the shop, who process it on our behalf under contract:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — printing and shipping your order (they receive your name and delivery address).
• Supabase — our database/hosting for order and account data.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (and the UK). Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (and, for any UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum) — to keep your data protected.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to 6 years for tax purposes). We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data (where we don't have a legal reason to keep it);
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time (where we rely on consent).
