Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your shirt. Because every item is printed to order, our returns policy works a little differently from a normal shop — here's how.

1. Made-to-order items

As our t-shirts are printed specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or give refunds simply for a change of mind or because the wrong size was chosen. (Made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation/withdrawal right under both UK consumer law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.) Please check the size guidance before you order — and get in touch if you're unsure.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or it's simply not what you ordered, we'll sort it out with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Your statutory rights — for example, under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK customers, and equivalent Irish/EU consumer law — are not affected by anything in this policy.

3. How to make a claim

Email us at support@stoppressfc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and the misprint or damage). We'll arrange a replacement or refund — usually without needing the item back.

4. Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet gone into production we can usually cancel it and refund you in full. Once an item is in production we're unable to cancel it.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Card refunds can take a few extra days to appear depending on your bank.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer. For more information about your rights, UK customers can contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline, and customers elsewhere can contact their local consumer advice body (such as the European Consumer Centre).
